En tant que regroupement d’organismes communautaires, la CDC RDP souhaite initier et participer activement au développement d’un centre sociocommunautaire d’envergure qui saura changer significativement la dynamique du quartier de RDP. Le Pavillon des communs, espace vivant aux couleurs du quartier, regroupera majoritairement des organismes communautaires et d’économie sociale. Puis, selon les besoins citoyens, il sera possible d’accueillir des espaces commerciaux et institutionnels proposant une gamme de services destinée à l’ensemble de la population.

As a group of community organizations, the CDC RDP wishes to initiate and actively participate in the development of a large-scale community center that will significantly change the dynamics of the RDP neighborhood. The Pavillon des communs, a vibrant space reflecting the neighborhood’s colors, will primarily bring together community and social economy organizations. Depending on community needs, it will also be possible to accommodate commercial and institutional spaces offering a range of services for the entire population.
