Lead Senior Intervention Worker (Full time)

Founded in 1979, Hadley Community is a not-for-profit organization that provides housing and support services
for individuals who have struggled with homelessness, mental health issues, addictions and PTSD. Our goal is to
mitigate long-term homelessness in a non-judgemental and non-denominational environment centred on the
client.
We are currently seeking a senior intervention worker, to lead the team and clients in our Women’s Residence,
Anne’s House
A fluently bilingual self-starter, with a background in social services who understands the needs of our clientele
and respects the privacy and integrity of individuals living in precarious circumstances.
Number of Hours: approx. 35 hours
Experience: Must have minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Drug Addiction, Criminology, Psychosocial
Intervention, or an equivalent College level degree.
-Crisis intervention and case management experience
-Managerial skills, experience with leading a team
You will be responsible for the following:
-Lead daily debrief sessions, plan agenda and supervise interventions with clients.
-Evaluate the needs and function of the residence.
-Support the onsite workers (Support workers, Case Workers, and Intervention Workers) to ensure the clients
have follow up and collaboration in achieving their autonomy and personal goals.
-Liaise with local community organizations, health care teams (CLSC & Hospitals), Public Curators to develop
collaborative approaches for clients needs.
-Ensure the implementation of program
-Weekly meetings with other house leads and Executive Director
Working conditions
Start date: July 14 th 2025
Position: onsite work
Professional development: attend conferences, workshops and clinical supervision bi-monthly meetings
